Responsibilities
- Develop Liferay competence within the company and initiate new projects.
- Lead the design and development of middleware solutions using Liferay technology.
- Provide expert consultation on middleware architecture and Liferay development.
- Customize and extend Liferay features, portlets, and plugins.
- Optimize middleware performance and address bottlenecks.
- Diagnose and resolve complex middleware issues, ensuring system reliability.
- Create detailed technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Proven track record with at least 5 years in Java development.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Liferay.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Leadership skills to inspire and lead technical teams.
- Innovative approach and awareness of industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- English — Upper-intermediate.
